BY SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
YOU AUTHORIZE THE TECHNICIAN FROM MCF TO ENTER THE PRIVATE PROPERTY
for the purposes of performing automotive maintenance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MCF will not be responsible for pre-existing conditions of the vehicle that may affect the service outcome.
MCF assumes no liability for any damage to the vehicle that is not directly caused by our service actions.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange any additional permissions required,
such as from an office facility, landlord, or security staff.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any claims for damages must be reported to the service technician immediately
OR to customer service within 24 hours of the service.
MCF retains the first right of review for any purported issue arising from a service appointment.
If a third party addresses any purported issue, any liability MCF may or may not have had is waived once that third party performs alterations to the vehicle.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
A late fee of $20 applies if payment is not made by the due date.
When making your payment, please reference the invoice number.
Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
FINAL SALE / NO REFUNDS
All sales and services are final once payment has been made and our technician departs from the vehicle location.
If the technician is unable to access the vehicle, the appointment price will not be refunded.
NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED.
